Activated Carbon Blocks

PURE active carbon filter block is made compose of UHMW-PE and 100% coconut shell activated carbon. It is sintered under 200-300℃ to form into cylinder block. As a result, it can effectively absorb and filter out organic materials, chlorine, and other toxins substances as well as removing colour and odor in water. PURE active carbon filter block is certified under NSF42 WQA and is complied with《Sanitary Standard for Hygienic Safety and Function Evaluation on Treatment Devices of Drinking Water》”生活饮用水水质处理器卫生安全与功能评价规范”(2001). 

 

Depends on the compositions and design, our filter blocks are specifically designed to serve different filtering purposes. They are categorized into various series as follows: CTO/CTOP/LRC/CRC/SMC/BCC/UFC/GAC-T

- CTO : Remove residual chlorine, remove odors, improve taste.

- CTOP : Residual chlorine, odors & taste removal (An enhanced version).

- LRC : Residual chlorine, odors & taste removal. Remove heavy metals such as lead, arsenic.

- CRC : Residual chlorine, odors & taste removal. Chloramines reduction technology.

- SMC : Residual chlorine, odors & taste removal. Decolourization (Surface modification technology).

- BCC : Residual chlorine, odors & taste removal. Bacteria inhibition (By silver nano technology).

- UFC: Residual chlorine, odors & taste removal. Carbon block with ultra filtration membrane, blocking 0.02mm materials.

- GAC-T: Residual chlorine, odors & taste removal, granular active carbon filter block.
