LCP

LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) is a relatively new thermotropic liquid crystalline polyester that displays liquid crystal properties in its molten state. It has excellent heat resistance and high mouldability. It features excellent mechanical properties, dimensional stability, optical properties, electrical properties, chemical resistance and flame resistance with low thermal expansion coefficient.

Application: Widely used in electronics, electrical, optical fiber, automotive and aerospace industry. It can be shaped into films for flexible circuits, printed circuit boards, satellite electronic components, and jet engine parts, as well as being used in medical fields.
